El <strong>descanso<\/strong> de las personas trabajadoras lo <strong>regula el ET<\/strong>. Igualmente, entre las jornadas deber\u00e1 pasar un <strong>m\u00ednimo de doce horas de descanso<\/strong> y las jornadas no podr\u00e1n ser superiores a <strong>cuarenta horas por semana<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, puede ser distinto si el <strong>convenio de trabajadoras<\/strong> dictamina lo contrario o las personas representantes de las trabajadoras han llegado a un acuerdo con la organizaci\u00f3n. Sin embargo, hay que tener presente que <strong>los descansos<\/strong> no pueden ser inferiores <strong>a los marcados por ley<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La persona trabajadora tiene derecho a conocer el d\u00eda y hora de su <strong>jornada laboral<\/strong> con un per\u00edodo m\u00ednimo de cinco d\u00edas de antelaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Hay que recordar que desde el 12 de mayo de 2019, se debe realizar un <a href=\"https:\/\/suport.fundesplai.org\/es\/blog-es\/actualidad\/prueba-la-app-del-registro-horario-para-asociaciones-y-fundaciones\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/xarxanet.org\/juridic\/noticies\/com-afecta-la-nova-llei-de-registre-horari-les-entitats\">registro horario de las jornadas laborales<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Descansos m\u00ednimos<\/h3>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de las doce horas de descanso entre jornadas laborales, debe tenerse presente que si la jornada es superior a seis horas, las personas trabajadoras tendr\u00e1n derecho a un <strong>descanso m\u00ednimo de quince minutos<\/strong>. El <strong>descanso se considerar\u00e1 tiempo de trabajo<\/strong> si as\u00ed lo dictamina el convenio colectivo o contrato de trabajo. Si la persona es <strong>menor de edad<\/strong>, a partir de las cuatro horas y treinta minutos de trabajo, el <strong>descanso<\/strong> tendr\u00e1 una duraci\u00f3n <strong>m\u00ednima de treinta minutos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed pues, si la persona es menor de edad, <strong>no<\/strong> podr\u00e1 <strong>realizar jornadas superiores a ocho horas<\/strong>, incluidas las horas de formaciones de la entidad.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo que respecta a los descansos m\u00ednimos semanales, las personas trabajadoras tendr\u00e1n derecho a un <strong>descanso m\u00ednimo de un d\u00eda y medio<\/strong> ininterrumpido por semana. Pero es <strong>acumulable<\/strong> hasta los <strong>catorce d\u00edas<\/strong>. Normalmente, ser\u00e1, como m\u00ednimo, desde la tarde del s\u00e1bado hasta todo el domingo entero o el domingo entero hasta el lunes por la tarde. Aunque los d\u00edas podr\u00e1n ser otros seg\u00fan convenio. Si la persona es <strong>menor de edad,<\/strong> tendr\u00e1 que tener un descanso m\u00ednimo de <strong>dos d\u00edas<\/strong> por semana.<\/p>\n<h3>Derecho irrenunciable<\/h3>\n<p>Hay que decir que los <strong>descansos laborales<\/strong> son <strong>irrenunciables<\/strong>, esto significa que ni la entidad ni la persona trabajadora puede escoger que los descansos sean retribuidos por no disfrutarlos. Esta <strong>medida<\/strong> es <strong>preventiva<\/strong>, para cuidar la <strong>salud f\u00edsica y mental<\/strong> de las personas trabajadoras. Por tanto, no respetar los descansos hace m\u00e1s probable los <strong>accidentes laborales<\/strong> y <strong>enfermedades profesionales<\/strong> .<\/p>\n<p>Igualmente, en caso de <strong>no respetar la normativa<\/strong> en relaci\u00f3n con los descansos y jornadas laborales, la organizaci\u00f3n deber\u00e1 hacer frente a <strong>sanciones<\/strong>.
