Si comparem aquestes dades amb les de l&#8217;INE (Institut Nacional d&#8217;Estad\u00edstica) respecte dels salaris percebuts el 2021, la<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> bretxa salarial s&#8217;ha redu\u00eft<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> considerablement, ja que s\u2019ha passat d\u2019una difer\u00e8ncia del 25,7% al 15,7% en els salaris mitjans entre homes i dones.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:240,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">En aquest sentit, des de l\u2019<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/suport.fundesplai.org\/es\/servicios\/oficina-tecnica-para-la-equidad-de-genero-y-la-diversidad-sexual\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Oficina t\u00e8cnica per a l\u2019equitat de g\u00e8nere i la diversitat sexual a les entitats del tercer sector<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> estem duent a terme un estudi per tal d\u2019avaluar i mostrar les xifres de la desigualtat que encara pateixen les dones en el tercer sector catal\u00e0.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:240,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_button button_url=\u00bbhttps:\/\/suport.fundesplai.org\/es\/servicios\/oficina-tecnica-para-la-equidad-de-genero-y-la-diversidad-sexual\/\u00bb url_new_window=\u00bbon\u00bb button_text=\u00bbVisita la Oficina t\u00e9cnica \u00bb button_alignment=\u00bbcenter\u00bb admin_label=\u00bbButton\u00bb _builder_version=\u00bb4.24.3&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb custom_margin=\u00bb30px||||false|false\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb][\/et_pb_button][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.27.0&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb custom_margin=\u00bb30px||||false|false\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb]<\/p>\n<h3>La bretxa salarial es redueix, per\u00f2 encara existeix<\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">L&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 en els \u00faltims anys de <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">normatives i mesures<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> directament relacionades amb la lluita per a l&#8217;eliminaci\u00f3 de la bretxa salarial ha contribu\u00eft a aquesta reducci\u00f3 i ens han acostat una mica m\u00e9s a la igualtat real.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:240,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">No obstant aix\u00f2, no deixen de ser <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">mesures basades en la igualtat formal<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> i que, per tant, no eliminen els obstacles que impedeixen aconseguir la igualtat d&#8217;oportunitat i de tracte entre homes i dones. Per exemple, es continua considerant la dona com la persona indicada per fer-se c\u00e0rrec de la <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">cura de menors i familiars<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, aix\u00ed com la m\u00e9s adequada per portar la <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">c\u00e0rrega de les tasques dom\u00e8stiques<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Aix\u00f2 encasella la dona en el <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">rol de cuidadora<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> i avala perqu\u00e8 sigui el sexe que sol\u00b7liciti m\u00e9s reduccions de jornada amb la finalitat de conciliar la vida laboral amb la familiar.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:240,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Segons <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/capitalhumano.laleynext.es\/Content\/Documento.aspx?params=H4sIAAAAAAAEAMtMSbF1CTEAAmNzUwMLc7Wy1KLizPw8WyMDI2MDS0NLtbz8lNQQF2fb0ryU1LTMvNQUkJLMtEqX_OSQyoJU27TEnOJUtdSk_PxsFJPi4SaUJCYV-2QWl9h6AAnHdLf8olxVIxMA0E0yUXoAAAA=WKE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">un estudi realitzat el 2023 per CEINSA<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> (Centre de Recerca Salarial), el <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">83,52% de les persones treballadores<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> que va sol\u00b7licitar una <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">reducci\u00f3 de jornada<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> per guarda legal van ser dones, el que <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">perpetua la bretxa salarial indirectament<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. El fet que siguin les dones les que sol\u00b7licitin majorit\u00e0riament una reducci\u00f3 de jornada no nom\u00e9s incrementa la bretxa perqu\u00e8 les dones perceben salaris inferiors per treballar menys hores que els homes; sin\u00f3 que, a menor ingr\u00e9s, <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">menor cotitzaci\u00f3 a la Seguretat Social<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> i, per tant, pensions inferiors.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:240,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Malgrat tot, la reducci\u00f3 de jornada no seria l&#8217;\u00fanica causa que genera una bretxa salarial de g\u00e8nere favorable als homes, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 hi ha altres motius com la <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">segregaci\u00f3 vertical<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> i la <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">dificultat de promoci\u00f3<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> a llocs de comandament per a les dones, aix\u00ed com <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">pol\u00edtiques retributives poc transparents<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> i discriminat\u00f2ries.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:240,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Quines normatives ajuden a reduir la bretxa salarial?<\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Com hem comentat anteriorment, l\u2019aprovaci\u00f3 de normatives ajuda que el mercat laboral tendeixi a la reducci\u00f3 de la bretxa salarial entre dones i homes. En aquest sentit, cal destacar el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2019-3244\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Reial Decret-llei 6\/2019, d&#8217;1 de mar\u00e7<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, de mesures urgents per a la garantia de la igualtat de tracte i d&#8217;oportunitats entre dones i homes en el treball i l&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3, que modifica l&#8217;article 28 de l&#8217;Estatut dels Treballadors\/es, obligant empreses i entitats a portar un <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">registre dels valors mitjans<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> dels diferents conceptes retribu\u00efts percebuts per la seva plantilla.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:240,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">D\u2019altra banda, el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2020-12215\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Reial Decret 902\/2020, de 13 d&#8217;octubre<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, d&#8217;igualtat retributiva entre dones i homes, estableix l&#8217;obligaci\u00f3 per a les entitats de garantir la <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">transpar\u00e8ncia retributiva<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> als salaris mitjans, complements salarials i percepcions extrasalarials entre tot el personal, inclosos el personal directiu i alts c\u00e0rrecs, aplicant el principi d&#8217;igualtat retributiva.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:240,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Finalment, l&#8217;article 28.2 i 28.3 del <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2015-11430\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Reial Decret-llei 2\/2015, de 23 d&#8217;octubre<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, pel qual s\u2019aprova el text ref\u00f3s de la Llei de l&#8217;Estatut dels Treballadors\/es, estableix: \u201cQuan en una empresa amb cinquanta persones treballadores com a m\u00ednim, la mitjana de les retribucions d&#8217;un sexe sigui superior a la de l&#8217;altre en un 25% o m\u00e9s, [&#8230;] haur\u00e0 d&#8217;incloure en el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/suport.fundesplai.org\/blog\/actualitat-blog\/registre-salarial\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">registre salarial<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> una <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">justificaci\u00f3<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> que aquesta difer\u00e8ncia respon a motius no relacionats amb el sexe de les persones treballadores.\u201d<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:240,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Totes aquestes normes parlen del registre retributiu com a mesura per eliminar la bretxa salarial, per\u00f2 si tenim en compte el que s&#8217;estableix en l&#8217;Estatut dels Treballadors\/es, nom\u00e9s les empreses de m\u00e9s de 50 persones contractades han de preocupar-se per no tenir bretxa? Les bretxes inferiors al 25% no es consideren bretxa?\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:240,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Caldria destacar que <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">tota desigualtat generada per ra\u00f3 de sexe <\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00e9s una discriminaci\u00f3, per petita que sigui. Per aix\u00f2, \u00e9s important que la societat canvi\u00ef des de la base, <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">educant les noves generacions<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> en igualtat i amb perspectiva de g\u00e8nere, perqu\u00e8 la bretxa a llarg termini es vegi erradicada totalment. A m\u00e9s, \u00e9s imprescindible que les empreses i entitats portin en el seu ADN impregnat el <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">principi d&#8217;igualtat d&#8217;oportunitat<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> i que formin part de tots els processos d&#8217;aquesta.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:240,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Mentrestant, caldr\u00e0 continuar aplicant lleis per lluitar contra la desigualtat de g\u00e8nere, aix\u00ed com accions positives puntuals a les empreses i entitats on es detecti una bretxa salarial desfavorable per a les dones, com per exemple fomentar la pres\u00e8ncia de dones en llocs masculinitzats (probablement m\u00e9s ben retribu\u00efts i m\u00e9s ben posicionats en l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3), la promoci\u00f3 de dones a llocs de
