Para las entidades, esto implica que no existe ning\u00fan cambio normativo inmediato y que se mantiene en vigor la regulaci\u00f3n actual.  <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span>Si necesita ayuda con la <a href=\"https:\/\/suport.fundesplai.org\/es\/servicios\/laboral\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">gesti\u00f3n laboral<\/a> de tu entidad, contacta con nosotros.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_button button_text=\u00bb\u00a1Contacta con nosotros!\u00bb button_alignment=\u00bbcenter\u00bb _builder_version=\u00bb4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb custom_margin=\u00bb30px||||false|false\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb][\/et_pb_button][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb custom_margin=\u00bb30px||||false|false\u00bb hover_enabled=\u00bb0&#8243; global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb sticky_enabled=\u00bb0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">L\u2019impacte m\u00e9s visible del rebuig \u00e9s que la jornada ordin\u00e0ria continua fixada en<strong> 40 hores setmanals<\/strong>, tal com estableix <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/boe_catalan\/dias\/2015\/10\/24\/pdfs\/BOE-A-2015-11430-C.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">l\u2019article 34 de l\u2019Estatut dels Treballadors.\u00a0<\/a><\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">La reducci\u00f3 prevista <strong>no<\/strong> entrar\u00e0 en vigor i, per tant, les entitats poden <strong>mantenir els mateixos horaris<\/strong> i sistemes d\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 que ja tenen implantats. Aquest punt \u00e9s especialment rellevant per a aquelles organitzacions que havien comen\u00e7at a planificar <strong>ajustos interns<\/strong> pensant en la nova regulaci\u00f3, ja que no ser\u00e0 necessari introduir-los.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>El r\u00e8gim sancionador<\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Una de les novetats que quedaven <strong>descartades<\/strong> amb el rebuig de la llei \u00e9s l\u2019<strong>enduriment de les sancions<\/strong> en mat\u00e8ria de temps de treball. La proposta establia que cada incompliment es pogu\u00e9s considerar individualment per a cada persona afectada, cosa que hauria incrementat notablement els imports de les multes. Tamb\u00e9 es preveia elevar les sancions per infraccions greus<strong> fins als 10.000 euros<\/strong> i crear noves infraccions relacionades amb l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 del temps de treball que posessin en<strong> risc la salut i la seguretat laboral<\/strong>. Cap d\u2019aquests canvis ha estat aprovat, de manera que les sancions es mantenen en els mateixos termes que fins ara.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>El dret a la desconnexi\u00f3 digital<\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">El projecte rebutjat incorporava tamb\u00e9 modificacions per refor\u00e7ar el <strong>dret a la desconnexi\u00f3 digital<\/strong>, amb l\u2019objectiu de garantir-ne una <strong>aplicaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s efectiva<\/strong> en el dia a dia de les organitzacions.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">La <strong>no tramitaci\u00f3 de la norma<\/strong> fa que aquest \u00e0mbit tampoc no vegi modificacions i que es mantingui la regulaci\u00f3 vigent. Aix\u00f2 significa que les entitats <strong>han de continuar aplicant<\/strong> les mateixes mesures que fins ara per assegurar que les persones treballadores puguin desconnectar fora de la jornada laboral.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">En resum, el rebuig de la llei implica que<strong> no hi ha canvis immediats en la jornada<\/strong> de treball ni en la resta d\u2019aspectes vinculats al temps laboral.
